As the Office Manager of Lyon County Chiropractic, let me introduce myself. My name is Rachelle Johnsen and I reside in Rock Rapids. I was born and raised on a farm located 15 miles south of Marcus, Iowa and attended Marcus Community School. After high school graduation, I continued my education at Spencer School of Business where I received my Associates Degree in Business. From May 1988 - May 2007, I gained my experience in the banking industry in Le Mars, Iowa as Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Customer Service Specialist, and Public Relations Manager and in Harrisburg, South Dakota as
Customer Relationship Manager.
My new profession as office manager at Lyon County Chiropractic began May 2007. My expertise in customer service and public relations has given me the ability to assist our patients with friendly and professional service. I look forward to assisting you with insurance questions you may have and filing your chiropractic claims in a timely manner.
While employed and living in Le Mars for 18 years, my community involvement consisted of Optimist Club member & president, Le Mars Area Chamber of Commerce Ice Cream Days committee member and publicity chairperson, Le Mars Ambassador member & president, County Relay for Life Co-Chair, St. John's Lutheran Church Catechism Leader, Plymouth/Sioux County American Heart Association Heart Walk Co-Chair, and Le Mars RAGBRAI Entertainment Committee. I moved to Rock Rapids in August 2006 and look forward to building my community involvement and forming business relationships with Rock Rapids' professionals.
My husband is Colin Johnsen and we have four children - Jeremy, Taylor, Kayce & Kyler. We are members of First Reformed Church in Rock Rapids and are active Central Lyon parents. My family hobbies include camping, attending county fairs, and LifeLight. Personal hobbies are flower gardening, golfing, walking, baking, and attending our children's activities.
