Dr. Weber and Dr. deBoer are also qualified to perform on site screening for both drug and alcohol testing.  This includes the DOT drug testing, as well as employment screenings.  Employers can contact our office for more information.

We perform pre-participation physical examinations for those who wish to participate in physical activities.  As former athletes, both Dr. Hoefert, Dr. Weber, and Dr. deBoer understand the importance of health and safety for the athlete. The doctors will perform a thorough examination to screen for any conditions that may prevent the athlete from being able to participate safely.
